Once you have placed your order on medwakh you will receive email confirmation that your order has been received by our warehouse. You will also receive another email when your order is shipped. Both emails will contain a link to your order details, including your purchased items, your tracking number, and other useful information.

If for some reason you cannot find your email, Check the "My Account" Tab at the top of the page to review your order history, click on the order number for the order you wish to view(Newest at the Top) and the order details will displayed as mentioned above.
